Sponsorship Opportunities
For almost 100 years the Convalescent Aid Society (CAS) has served the greater San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys by providing durable medical equipment free of charge to all citizens in the region. The Centennial Celebration is an opportunity for community members and organizations to support the work of CAS.
Financial sponsorship of the Centennial Celebration has several benefits:
- Attend the Centennial Celebration with your family and friends
- Receive recognition in the community
- Improve the quality of life for people in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys
There are a variety of opportunities to provide financial sponsorship. We hope you will participate!
There are two ways to submit your Sponsorship:
Download the Financial Sponsorship Package, complete and mail to Convalescent Aid Society
OR Sponsor us online by completing the appropriate form below.
The deadline for inclusion on the printed invitation is August 15, 2023.
Sponsorships are tax deductible. The full $150 value of unused tickets is tax deductible. For redeemed tickets, $75 may be applied towards a tax deduction.
